Additionally, Monica was awarded Top Realtor and Businesswoman of the Year for two consecutive years for outstanding business operations and community services.

After having been out of school for two decades, in 2016, Monica decided to enhance her business and technology skills and earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Customer Experience Management in order to learn cutting edge technology and to remain competitive in our market. Ms. Russell is a strong believer of staying educated in order to, not only elevate her personal brand, but to also empower her peers, colleagues, and clients as well.
